Sonata Software to invest in overseas company

Sonata Software Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 26, 2006, has considered the proposal for an investment in an overseas Company and have authorized Mr B Ramaswamy, President & Managing Director to negotiate the final terms and execute Memorandum of Understanding.
