Himadri Chemicals acquires Team Paramount Ltd in Hong Kong

Himadri Chemicals & Industries Ltd has announced that the Company have acquired 100 % shares of M/s Team Paramount Ltd, incorporated under the Companies Ordinance of Hong Kong, having its registered office at Kowloon, Hong Kong.

Its’ paid capital is of HK $ 10000, to be considered as the wholly owned subsidiary Company of the Company.
