Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd allots 7800 Equity Shares under Employee Stock Options Scheme - 2012

The Board of Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd at its meeting held on October 27, 2016 has issued and allotted 7,800 new fully paid-up Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each to the Eligible Employees pursuant to the exercise of Options granted under Employee Stock Options Scheme 2012 (ESOS -2012), at an exercise price of Rs.10/- per share.

Pursuant to this allotment, the issued equity capital of the Company has increased from Rs.41,07,66,010 to Rs.41,08,44,010 and subscribed & paid up equity capital of the Company has increased from Rs.41,03,57,500 to Rs.41,04,35,500.

The equity shares allotted as above shall, rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company and shall be entitled to such dividends and corporate benefits, if any, declared by the Company after the allotment.

Shares of MAHINDRA LIFESPACE DEVELOPERS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.424.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 425.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3633 in over 199 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 438.5 and intraday low of 422.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1556564.
