UMS Technologies AGM approves 7.5% dividend

UMS Technologies Ltd has announced that the members at the 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 26, 2006, have declared the dividend at the rate of Re 0.75 paise per share on the Equity Capital of the Company (@ 7.5% on the Equity Share of Rs 10/- each) for the year ended March 31, 2006.
