Eimco Elecon India AGM approves 35% dividend

Eimco Elecon India Ltd has announced that the shareholders at the 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 12, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of Dividend at the rate of 35% on equity shares of Rs 10/- each, for the year ended March 31, 2006.
