Munoth Capital Markets AGM approves Rs.1 dividend

Munoth Capital Markets Ltd has announced that the shareholders at the 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 21, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of Dividend at Rs 1/- per equity share for the financial year 2005-06 i.e., year ended March 31, 2006.
