Mysore Cements repays entire term loans of banks

Mysore Cements Ltd has announced that the Company has repaid the entire term loans / debentures along with uptodate dues on final settlement with the following Institutions / Bank:

1. ICICI Bank Ltd.
2. Industrial Development Bank of India Ltd.
3. IFCI Ltd.
4. The Federal Bank Ltd. - term loan only.

Thereby, the Company has become free of debts (term loans / debentures).
