SREI Infrastructure Finance Ltd raises Rs. 250 crores through NCD issue

The Public Issue by Srei Infrastructure Finance Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") of 2,500,000 Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures of Face Value of Rs. 1,000/- each (the "Debentures" or the "NCDs"), aggregating upto Rs. 2,500 Million ("Base Issue Size"), with an option to retain oversubscription upto the Shelf Limit i.e. Rs. 10,000 million ("Tranche 1 Issue") and is being offered by way of this Tranche 1 Prospectus, which should be read together with Shelf Prospectus dated August 31, 2016. The Shelf Prospectus together with the Tranche 1 Prospectus shall constitute the Prospectus.

Further confirm that the above mentioned Tranche 1 Issue, which opened for subscription on September 07, 2016 has closed today, being September 28, 2016.

Shares of SREI INFRASTRUCTURE FINANCE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.72.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 71.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 138919 in over 1248 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 73.8 and intraday low of 70.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 10090875.
