Zensar Technologies AGM approves dividend of Rs.2.60 per share

Zensar Technologies Ltd has announced that the shareholders at the 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 27, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of Dividend at the rate of Rs 2.60 per equity share.
