Amrit Enterprises Board to consider proposed Scheme of Arrangement

Amrit Enterprises Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 27, 2006, inter alia, to consider the proposed scheme of arrangement between Amrit Banaspati Co. Ltd and ABC Paper Ltd and the Company and other respective shareholders.
