Idea Cellular Ltd allots 115999 Equity shares under Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Idea Cellular Limited has vide its circular resolution dated August 30, 2016 allotted 115,999 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each to the Option Grantees, pursuant to the exercise of Stock Options granted under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006 (ESOS-2006).

Further, post the said allotment, the Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to 3,601,031,239 equity shares of Rs.10/- each aggregating to Rs. 36,010,312,390/-.

Shares of IDEA CELLULAR LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.93.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 94.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 489058 in over 3484 trades.
