Tata Motors Ltd to raise Rs. 3000 crores

The Board of Directors of Tata Motors Ltd at its meeting held on August 26, 2016, has approved by way of an enabling resolution the raising funds by way of issue of Secured / Unsecured Debentures and / or Bonds aggregating Rs. 3,000 crores in one or more tranches from time to time, subsequent to the approval of the Members at the Annual General Meeting held on August 09, 2016.

Shares of TATA MOTORS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.503.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 493.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1923098 in over 21823 trades.
