Tech Mahindra Ltd allots 45776 shares

Tech Mahindra Ltd has announced the resolution passed by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on August 25, 2016 for issue and allotment of a total of 45776 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each of the Company to the applicants.

8200 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2006 and 31956 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML-ESOP B-2013.

3120 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under ESOP-2014 and 2500 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - RSU.

Shares of TECH MAHINDRA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.458.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 467. The total number of shares traded during the day was 143932 in over 4001 trades.
