Alembic Glass Changes company name to Shreno Ltd

Alembic Glass Industries Ltd has announced that the name of the Company stands changed from "Alembic Glass Industries Ltd" to "Shreno Ltd" with effect from September 19, 2006. The Registrar of Companies, Gujarat has approved the Change of Name and has issued a fresh Certificate of Incorporation thereby changing the name of the Company.
