Toyama Electric AGM approves 7.5% dividend

Toyama Electric Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 12, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of dividend @ 7.5% on paid up capital of the Company.
