Tulsyan NEC AGM approves 14% dividend

Tulsyan NEC Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 59th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 22, 2006, inter alia, have approved the payment of dividend of 14% to the equity shareholders.
