Engineers India AGM approves 50% dividend

Engineers India Ltd has announced that the shareholders at the 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 15, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of dividend @ 50% of the paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company for the year 2005-2006.
