Kalptaru Papers AGM approves 7.5% dividend

Kalptaru Papers Ltd has announced that the members at the 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 23, 2006, inter alia, have approved the deeclaration of dividend at the rate Re 0.75 per Equity Share of Rs 10/- each of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2006.
