Yes Bank Ltd has allotted 53,160 (Fifty Three Thousand One Hundred and Sixty) equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each on July 20, 2016 under the JESOP IV, JESOP V, PESOP I, PESOP II and PESOP II - 2010.

The paid up share capital of the Bank has accordingly been increased from Rs. 4,21,16,33,870 consisting of 42,11,63,387 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 4,21,21,65,470 consisting of 42,12,16,547 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
