Shoppers Stop AGM approves 15% dividend

Shoppers Stop Ltd has announced that the members at the 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 22, 2006, inter alia, have approved the payment of dividend of 15% on Equity Shares of the Company.
