AXIS Bank Ltd allots 17100 Equity Shares under ESOP

AXIS Bank Ltd has allotted 17,100 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on July 11, 2016, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 477,50,45,586 (238,75,22,793 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 477,50,79,786 (238,75,39,893 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).

Shares of AXIS BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.544.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 546.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 337080 in over 6209 trades.
