Sasken Communication equity shareholders to approve Scheme of Amalgamation

Sasken Communication Technologies Ltd has announced that pursuant to the order made by the High Court of Karnataka at Bangalore, a meeting of the equity shareholders of the Company will be held on October 14, 2006, for the purpose of considering and if thought fit approving, with or without modification, the Scheme of Amalgamation whereunder the Company known as Integrated Softech Solutions Pvt Ltd is proposed to be merged with the Company.
