SSI Ltd to commence Construction of Residential Township in Chennai in Q4

SSI Ltd to construct over 5000 apartments in the next 5 years at the land purchased through BREAD in Perambu, Chennai.

Announcing the Q2FY06 results, Kalpathi Suresh, Chairman and CEO SSI Ltd., said "We are currently in the process of developing over 5000 apartments in Perambur in North Madras. We expect to start construction Phase 1, comprising of 500 apartments, by end of Q4FY06 (July - September quarter). We expect to roll out 1000 apartments every year over the next 5 years.
