Superhouse Leathers - Hon'ble High Court approves Scheme of Amalgamation

Superhouse Leathers Ltd has announced that Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Allahabad vide its order dated August 28, 2006, has approved the scheme of amalgamation of M/s. Super Footwear Ltd & M/s. Allen Shoes Ltd with the Company. The appointed date of the scheme is April 01, 2005.
