Grasim Industries AGM approves 200% dividend

Grasim Industries Ltd has announced that the shareholders at the 59th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 25, 2006, inter alia, have approved the payment of dividend on Fully Paid-up Equity Shares of Rs 10 each @ Rs 20/- per share.
