Choksi Imaging AGM approves 11% dividend

Choksi Imaging Ltd has announced that the members at the 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 26, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of dividend of Rs 1.10 per equity share of Rs 10/- each.
