ABC Bearings AGM approves 40% dividend

ABC Bearings Ltd has announced that the members at the 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 10, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of dividend @ 40% per equity share on Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each for distribution out of the Profit for the year ended March 31, 2006.
