Visaka Industries equity shareholders to approve Scheme of Amalgamation

Visaka Industries Ltd has announced that the pursuant to the order of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh a meeting of the equity shareholders of the Company will be held on October 07, 2006, for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, approving, with or without modification(s), the Scheme of Amalgamation of "Shakti Roofings Pvt Ltd" with the Company.
