The ESOP Share Allotment Committee of NIIT Technologies Ltd has allotted 19,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each in accordance with the terms of ESOP 2005, on June 01, 2016. Consequent to the said allotment the paid up share capital of the Company has gone up to 61,205,524 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 612,055,240/-.
