Rap Media Ltd to issues shares on rights basis

Rap Media Ltd has announced that the Company is planning to issue further capital on Rights Basis. The Board of Directors is meeting for that purpose on September 28, 2006. The Company has appointed M/s UTI Securities Ltd as Merchant Bankers to the issue. The Merchant Bankers have advised that the Company is required to obtain before filing draft Letter of Offer to SEBI & other concerned authorities.
