Rei Agro AGM approves interim dividend as final dividend

Rei Agro Ltd has announced that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 23, 2006, inter alia, have approved that two Interim Dividend @ 10% each, has to be treaded as final dividend for the financial year 2005-06.
