Himalaya Granites AGM approves 10% dividend

Himalaya Granites Ltd has announced that the shareholders at the 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 25, 2006, inter alia, have declared and approved payment of final dividend on the equity shares of the Company at the rate of 10% (Re 1.O0/- per share).
