Signet Industries Limited to allot 2500000 shares

The Board of Directors of Signet Industries Ltd at its meeting held on May 12, 2016, has given consent to allot 2500000 equity shares of Rs. 1/- (Rupees One Only) each at premium of Rs. 60/- (Rupees Sixty) each fully paid-up.

The Board will also approve the appointment of Mr. J.C. Paliwal as a Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

Shares of Signet Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.42.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 43. The total number of shares traded during the day was 119451 in over 1021 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 44.8 and intraday low of 41.9. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5144954.
