Mefcom Agro Industries Acquires Stake in Gypcrete Building India

Mefcom Agro Industries Ltd has announced that the company has acquired equity stake in M/s Gypcrete Building India Pvt Ltd., a company engaged in the manufacturing of Gypcrete / Rapidwall building panels for the use of housing and building industry by setting up Rapid Flow Gypsum Calciner Plant and Rapidwall plant in India in technical collaboration with Rapid Building Systems Pty Ltd., Australia.
