SKS Microfinance Ltd to raise Rs. 750 crores

The Board of Directors of SKS Microfinance Ltd at its meeting held on May 04, 2016, has approved raising of capital by issue of securities to the extent of Rs. 750 crore in one or more tranches in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009 and other laws/guidelines.

Shares of SKS MICROFINANCE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.596.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 614.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 241373 in over 8854 trades.
