Deccan Aviation to raise $100 Million

Deccan Aviation Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 22, 2006, has approved the Term Sheet in respect of Financial Structure, for USD 100 Million, which is expected to give a cash in flow over a period 15 months and the documentation in respect of the same is under process.
