Unity Infraprojects AGM increases share capital to Rs.25 Crores

Unity Infraprojects Ltd has announced that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 21, 2006, have accorded to the Increase in the Authorised Share Capital of the Company from the present Rs 15,00,00,000 divided into 1,50,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each; to Rs 25,00,00,000 divided into 2,50,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each; and consequential amendments in Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company.
