United Western Bank Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the bank at its meeting held on September 22, 2006, considered various aspects of the Draft Scheme of Amalgamation and decided to meet again on September 26, 2006 to consider Suggestions / Objections on the said Draft Scheme of Amalgamation received from RBI.
In view of this a meeting of Board of Directors of the bank will be held on September 26, 2006 for consideration of the said Draft Scheme of Amalgamation.
