GHCL FCCB issue, Rupee exchange rate fixed at Rs.45.8380

With reference to the earlier announcement dated October 08, 2006, regarding the issue of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBS), GHCL Ltd has announced that the US Dollar to Rupee exchange rate for the said conversion has been fixed at 45.8380 in line with the term of the Offering Circular.
