GV Films to assign 50% rights in film portal

GV Films Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 22, 2006, has decided to delegate the powers to decide the proposal of assignment of 50% of its Rights in Film Portal and Internet Film Rights to the Committee of Directors.
