The Board of Directors of Radius Sumer Developers Private Ltd at its meeting held on March 23, 2016, has allotted 50 nos. of Rated, Listed, Taxable, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of the nominal value of INR 1,00,00,000 each to Altico Capital India Private Limited.

The Board has authorised Mr. Sanjay Chhabria & Mr. Rahul Shah to sign and execute Corporate Action Documentation.
