Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd to issue NCDs worth Rs. 70 crores

Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd proposes to issue 700 Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of face value Rs. 10 lakh each aggregating Rs. 70 crore, on a private placement basis, pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders of the Company at its 9th Annual General Meeting held on September 28, 2015.
