HEG AGM declares 30% dividend

HEG Ltd has announced that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 22, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of payment of Dividend @ 30% on the equity shares of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2006.

For mortgaging and / or charging of all the movable / immovable properties of the Company u/s 293 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1956 in favour of State bank of India (SBI) in the capacity of Leader of consortium of Banks for the Working Capital Limits i.e. Fund Based Rs 296.OO crores and Non Fund Based Rs 103.75 crores on Second Charge basis.
