Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd to raise Rs. 300 crores through NCDs

Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd proposes to issue 3,000 Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of face value Rs. 10 lakh each aggregating Rs. 300 crores, on a private placement basis, pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders of the Company at its 9th Annual General Meeting held on September 28, 2015, on the terms and conditions.

Shares of INDIABULLS REAL ESTATE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.51.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 51.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 885831 in over 3153 trades.
