Shipping Corporation denies forming joint venture with Arcelor-Mittal

With reference to the news item appearing in leading financial daily titled "Arcelor-Mittal, SCI may float global shipping JV", Shipping Corporation of India Ltd has clarified to BSE that currently, the Company has not entered into any arrangement / agreement with Arcelor-Mittal for formation of a JV.
