Federal Bank Ltd approves allotment of Shares under ESOS 2010

As authorized by the Nomination, Remuneration, Ethics and Compensation Committee, allotment of 1,35,775 (One lakh thirty five thousand seven hundred and seventy five only) Equity Shares with face value of Rs. 2/- each of Federal Bank Ltd to the Option Grantees has been made upon exercise of stock options under ESOS 2010 Scheme for which allottees have paid money.

Shares of FEDERAL BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.46.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 48.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 254780 in over 1237 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 47.8 and intraday low of 46.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 11897526.
