Mefcom Agro Industries to change name as Vishvas Infrastructure Ltd

Mefcom Agro Industries Ltd has announced that the members of the Company have approved the following resolutions:

1. Change of name of the Company from M/s Mefcom Agro Industries Ltd. to M/s Vlshvas Infrastructure Ltd. subject to the approval of the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana.

2. Amendment in the Main Object Clause in the Memorandum of Association passed through Postal Ballot subject to the approval of the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana.
