Raymond Ltd approves raising Rs. 100 crores through NCD issue

The Committee of Directors of Raymond Ltd at their meeting held on February 09, 2016, approved the Issue of Non-Convertible Debentures aggregating upto an amount of Rs. 100 Crore on private placement basis.

Shares of RAYMOND LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.395 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 395.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7197 in over 631 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 401 and intraday low of 387.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2845458.
