V-Guard Industries Ltd allots 51127 shares under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2013

The Board of Directors of V-Guard Industries Ltd at its meeting held on January 29, 2016 has allotted 51,127 equity shares having face value of Rs. 10/- each to the employees who have exercised the stock options under Employees Stock Option Scheme, ESOS 2013. Among the 51,127 equity shares, 12,624 and 38,503 shares were allotted at Rs. 10/- and Rs. 485/- each respectively.
