ITL Industries Board recommends Rs.1 dividend

ITL Industries Ltd has announced that the Company has recommend Dividend at the rate of Rs 1/- Per Share for the year ended March 31, 2006 subject to approval of the member's in the ensuing Annual General Meeting which will be held on September 29, 2006.
